Our capitalist world has turned us into competitors who are always struggling to keep up with certain standards even when they are suicide missions. Trying to achieve would-be 10 year plans in 8 months. All of us are rushing to get our dream houses and cars and kids and 9 figure bank balances.

You stayed in the womb for 9 months average, if you were born earlier you would either have died or come out slightly imperfect. Learn to be patient.

I have with time come to discover that as annoying as it is, delaying an idea sometimes makes it better. It gives your mind time to conceptualize better, to think through several angles and conjure a near-perfect output. That you are much better taking longer to research into anything than starting it spontaneously without much information. Those ones making you feel late were not born with you.

Life has taught me that if I am able to save 100 bob only I should do that rather than struggle to hit 1000 then break into my savings 4 months later because I am sleeping hungry. Get a baby because you can afford, not because your Aunt has moved into your house asking for one. Babies are expensive, very. Buy a car when you can comfortably maintain it, they too are more expensive than your standard slay queen.
